The page says it is AI applied to specific tasks, with human oversight and measurable results. There are six services, built to order for each project. On the page they appear under "What we do", each with its "Includes:" line.
The services
- Assistants for your documents. A chat that answers with your company's information and cites its sources. Includes: document loading, answer quality testing and access control.
- Chatbots for WhatsApp and web. Automated handling of FAQs, appointments and follow-ups, with handoff to a person when needed. Includes: conversation flows, integration with your channels and metrics.
- AI automation. Processes that read emails, forms and documents to classify them, extract data and alert your team. Includes: process mapping, human review and a log of every action.
- Computer vision. Visual recognition, counting and inspection from images or video. Includes: data preparation, a trained model and real-world testing.
- Voice and transcription. Transcriptions, meeting summaries and voice assistants in several languages. Includes: integration with your tools and accuracy review.
- AI strategy and workshops. We identify where AI adds real value to your operations and train your team. Includes: assessment, priorities, a pilot and responsible-use guidelines.
What you will not find on the page
