Short answers to what people ask most about WebSaite.

Does the preview cost anything?

No. It is free and you get one per account.

How much does the full site cost?

The price is in the WebSaite terms. We do not repeat it here so it does not go out of date. Sales are not open yet.

How long does my preview take?

A few minutes. The "My pages" screen updates by itself when it is ready.

Can I choose the address of my page?

No. It comes from your business name. See Request my page.

Can I change my preview?

Not yet. Changes are requested once you have the full site. See Changes and publishing.

What happens if I do not buy?

Your preview is deleted on the date you see in "My pages". Its address becomes free again and the logo you uploaded is deleted with it.

Does it make online stores?

Not for now. WebSaite makes informational pages, with no store, customer accounts, payments or bookings.

Who can see my preview?

Anyone with its link. Do not put anything you do not want to show.

What do you do with my data?

We use what you write to create your page. To do that we work with other companies that only receive what they need. We do not sell your data. The details are in the WebSaite terms.

Can my page appear in a Duxels portfolio?

Yes. When your site is paid and delivered, Duxels may show it as an example of its work. If you would rather it did not, tell us in a ticket and we will hide it.

How do I delete my data?

Ask for it in a ticket in support, with your Duxels account. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or for us to delete your site.

What do I do if my page was not generated?

Open a ticket in support with the name of your page.
