Emails and notices
Which emails you can choose to get from Duxels and how to unsubscribe.
You decide which Duxels emails you want to get, except those that are part of using your account.
The ones that always arrive
Security codes, receipts and payment notices. They cannot be turned off because you need them to look after your account and your payments.
The ones you choose
These two options start off:
- News about my products and account. Launches, changes and reminders about what you use.
- Offers and promotions picked for me. Advertising based on your products and interests.
You only get these emails if you ticked the box.
Change your options
- Go to account.duxels.com.
- Open "Notifications".
- Tick or untick the boxes and save.
Unsubscribe from an email
Every news or offers email has an unsubscribe link. Open it and confirm with the button on the page. You do not need to sign in.
Many email apps, such as Gmail, also show a button to unsubscribe next to the sender.
If you do not want any more emails
Turn off both boxes. Codes, receipts and payment notices keep arriving while you have the account.
If you get something you did not ask for
Open a ticket in support and tell us what you received. Do not forward codes or sign-in links.
