How to sign in and what to do if you forgot your password.

Your Duxels account is the same on every site. If you already signed in on one, you are usually already in on the others.

Steps

1. Press "Sign in" in the header of any Duxels site, or go to account.duxels.com/sign-in.
2. Type your email and password, or choose Google.
3. If it asks for a code, type it.

After you sign in, you go back to the site you were on. If you went straight to account.duxels.com, you land on your profile.

If you forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, choose the option to recover it. We send a code to your account email so you can set a new password.

If something does not work

• Check that your email is spelled correctly.
• If you sign in with Google, use the same Google account you signed up with.
• Close the tab and try again.
• If it is still the same, open a ticket in support. Tell us what you see on screen, but do not write your password or your codes.

Signing out

Open your account menu, in the header, and choose "Sign out". See Several accounts.
