Use the form

What the contact form asks, which details are required, what you see when you send it and what happens if you close the page.

The form is at contact.duxels.com, under "Or leave us a message". It needs JavaScript; if you have it off, the page tells you and leaves you the other two ways to write to us: WhatsApp and contacto@duxels.com.

You do not need a Duxels account.

The fields

Name. Required. Up to 80 characters.
Email or phone. Required. It is "so we can reply". Write a valid email or a phone number of 7 to 15 digits.
Company or project. Optional. Up to 100 characters.
Message. Optional. Up to 1000 characters; below you see how many you have used ("0 / 1000").

By sending you accept the privacy notice.

How to send it

Fill in the fields.
Wait for the verification that appears above the button. It is a check that you are a person. If you have not completed it, the page asks you to complete it before sending.
Press Send. The button says "Sending…" for a moment.

When it is sent

The form disappears and you see "Thank you! We will reply soon." and, below it, "If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp". If you need to write another message, reload the page.

If something is not right

If a field does not meet the rules, the notice appears next to that field and the page takes you to it:

"Write your name (up to 80 characters)."
"Write a valid email or a phone number of 7 to 15 digits."
"100 characters at most." (company or project)
"1000 characters at most." (message)

If you close the page before sending

The page does not keep what you write: if you reload or close it before sending, what you wrote is lost.

Do not write your password, your security codes or your card details in the form.
