The categories
The four forum categories, what each one is for and which one is only for the Duxels team.
The forum has four categories. You see them on the home page; press the name to open one.
- Duxels announcements. News, changes and notices from the Duxels team. Only the team starts threads here; you can reply to the existing ones.
- Questions and help. Ask what you need and help other customers.
- Ideas and suggestions. Tell us what you would like Duxels to do.
- Introduce your business. Tell us who you are and what your business does.
Each category shows how many threads it has. In the last three you can start a new thread if you have your Duxels account.
Which one to pick
- Is something not working in your account or a payment? Open a ticket at support.duxels.com/new.
- A question about Duxels that other customers would have too? Questions and help.
- Something you want changed or added? Ideas and suggestions.
The addresses
Each category has its address in Spanish, for example foro.duxels.com/c/preguntas, and its own in English, forum.duxels.com/c/questions. How to go from one to the other is in Spanish and English.
