How to pay

How paying at Duxels will work, step by step. No plans or sales are open yet.

A Duxels site sends you to payment.duxels.com with what you are going to pay already chosen. From there:

1. Sign in if you have not yet. We take you to your Duxels account and you come back here.
2. Check what you are going to pay and the total.
3. If it asks, accept the terms.
4. Press the pay button. We take you to the secure Stripe page.
5. Pay on Stripe with your card.
6. You come back to Duxels. The payment takes a few seconds to be recorded.

The payments page never charges on its own. It only charges when you press the pay button.

Going back to the site you were on

If you arrived from another Duxels site, you see a "Back to …" link at the top with the name of that site. Use it to go back when you finish.

If you cancel the payment

If you close the Stripe page or cancel, nothing is charged. You can try again whenever you want.

Paying in pesos

A one-time payment in pesos can be in full or in monthly installments with no interest. See Monthly installments.

After you pay

Your payment shows up in your history. It can take a few minutes.

Which account you pay with

With the account you have active. If you use several, check which one before you pay. See Several accounts.
