Payments portal

How to open your Stripe portal to see invoices and change your payment methods.

The payments portal is a secure Stripe page made for you. There you see your subscriptions, your invoices and your payment methods.

How to open it

You have two ways:

If you are not signed in, we take you to sign in and you come back. While the portal opens you see "Opening your payment portal…".

If you see "You don't have any payments yet"

There are no payments on your account yet, so there is no portal to open. When you pay for something, this screen changes by itself.

What is in the portal and what is not

The portal belongs to Stripe. There you see what Stripe handles: subscriptions, invoices and payment methods. One-time payments in pesos have no Stripe invoice and do not show in the portal. You find them in your payment history.

If it does not open

Check that you are on the right account and try again. If it is still the same, open a ticket in support.
