Quote a project
The four steps of quote.sales.duxels.com, what each one asks and what happens when you send your request.
The quote page is at quote.sales.duxels.com. It needs JavaScript. In four steps you tell us about your project and we prepare a quote for you. Today the page shows no prices: we prepare the formal quote from what you tell us.
You get there from Quote your project in the store, on the page of a branch of duxels.com or on the AI page. From a branch, the type of project is already chosen.
At the top you see which step you are on ("Step 1 of 4"). Back and Continue move you between steps.
Step 1: Type of project
- Pick the area of your project. There are four: Code, Immersion, Trust and Creativity. Each one shows what it includes.
- Pick the type inside the area, for example Software, Video Games, Cybersecurity or Multimedia. Change area takes you back to the four.
Below the areas there are two more options:
- I just need a website. It takes you to WebSaite, no quote needed. See the WebSaite help.
- Not sure / something else. Tell us your idea and we will help you place it.
Step 2: Your project
Four questions. All of them are optional: if you are not sure, leave them as they are.
- What do you need? Shape the idea, a first version, the complete product or improve something that exists.
- When do you need it? Under a month, 1 to 3 months, 3 to 6 months or no rush.
- How much do you plan to invest? Ranges of money, in US dollars.
- Do you have a brand and design? Yes, I have them, or no, I need design too.
In each one you can pick "Not sure yet". At the top you see the type you chose, with Change to go back to step 1.
Step 3: Your idea
- Under Describe your idea write what you want to achieve, who would use it and what you have today, in your own words. It is required and can be up to 2000 characters; below you see how many you have used.
- Press Continue. The page prepares a few questions about your idea. If you do not want to wait, press Continue without waiting.
- Answer the ones you can; none of them is required. Then press Write the summary.
- Review the Summary of your project and change anything that is not right: this is what our team will read.
- Press Continue.
Change the idea takes you back to write it again.
A short check may appear to confirm you are a person.
Step 4: Your details
- Review "What you are about to send": the type, your answers and the summary. You can press Change on each.
- Write your Name and your Email: they are required. The email is where we will send the quote.
- Phone and Company are optional. The phone must have 7 to 15 digits.
- By sending you accept the privacy notice.
- Press Send request.
If you are already signed in with your Duxels account, the page may fill in your name and email for you; it says so with "We took your name and email from your Duxels account".
At the end
You see "We received your request" and your reference. We will write to the email you gave, with the quote or with a question. Keep your reference in case you contact us. Get a quote for another project starts over.

The chat
The page has the Duxels chat button. Use it to ask how the form works. It cannot see your details or your request, and it does not give final prices or dates. See Write to Duxels and talk to the assistant.
