Follow my ticket
How to see your tickets, read the answer and reply.
Everything that happens with your ticket is seen on support.duxels.com, with the same account you opened it with.
Your ticket list
Go to support.duxels.com. Under "My tickets" you see each ticket with:
- Its subject.
- Its number and the date of its last update.
- Its status.
- The "New reply" label, if the team answered you.
If you have many, press "Show more" to see the earlier ones.
Your ticket number
It looks like SUP-2026-0001: the letters SUP, the year and a number. With it you can open your ticket directly at support.duxels.com/t/ followed by the number. Only you can open it: with another account, the ticket does not show up.
Read and reply
- Open the ticket from your list.
- Read the conversation. Your messages say "You" and the team's say "Support team".
- Write your reply in the box below and press "Reply".
Press "Refresh" to see if there is anything new.
Tell us it is solved
If the problem is gone, press "It is solved". The ticket moves to "Resolved". If the problem is still there, write in the same ticket and it reopens.
How you find out about an answer
For now, by going to support.duxels.com and looking for the "New reply" label. Email notices are not open yet: they are coming soon.
If the ticket reached its message limit
Open a new one. See Open a ticket.
Give your feedback
When the ticket is resolved or closed, "How did we do?" appears. Choose 1 to 5 stars and, if you want, write a comment. You can give feedback once per ticket.
