What support is for
What support can help you with, what it cannot, and where to go in each case.
Support serves the people who use Duxels products. This is what it does and what it does not.
What it is for
- Something in WebSaite does not work or did not turn out as you expected.
- A problem with your account, such as signing in, verifying your email or deleting your account.
- A question or a problem with a payment.
- An earlier ticket that closed and the problem came back.
What it is not for
- Passwords, codes or cards. Never write them in a ticket. Nobody at Duxels asks for them.
- Talking about a new project or asking for general information. For that, write to us from contact.duxels.com.
- Learning to use a site. That is what this help is for: help.duxels.com.
- Opening someone else's tickets. Each ticket belongs to the account that opened it.
What we do not promise
Opening a ticket does not guarantee a response time, a solution, a refund or a credit. A person on the team reviews each case and answers you in your ticket.
Before you open a ticket
- Look in this help to see if it is already explained: Account, Payments, WebSaite.
- If you cannot find the answer, open a ticket.
