Ticket states
What each state of your ticket means and what you can do in each one.
Every ticket has a state. You see it next to the ticket, in your list and on its page.
The states
- New. You just sent it.
- Open. The support team already has it in hand.
- Waiting for your reply. The team asked you something and needs your answer to go on. Reply in the same ticket.
- Resolved. A solution was given, or you marked it as solved.
- Closed. The ticket is finished. It can no longer be answered.
What happens after "Resolved"
- If you write in the ticket, it reopens. You will see the notice "The ticket was reopened by your reply".
- If seven days pass without you writing, it closes by itself. You will see the notice "The ticket closed itself, seven days after it was solved".
If the ticket is closed
You can no longer reply there. Press "Open a new one": the new ticket is linked to the old one and you do not have to tell everything from scratch.
Your feedback
When a ticket is resolved or closed you can rate the service from 1 to 5 stars, with a comment if you want. You can do it once per ticket, and afterwards you see your rating instead of the form.
